Marine Type Triple Offset Aluminum Bronze Gearbox C95800 FF Butterfly Valve
Nickel Aluminum bronze Valve containing iron and manganese elements, belonging to high strength heat resistant bronze, stable mechanical properties at high temperature (400℃), good friction reduction, good corrosion resistance in atmosphere, fresh water and sea water, good pressure processing under hot state, heat treatment strengthening, welding, not easy fiber welding, good cutting performance.
Industrial valves require higher temperature and pressure ranges that are beyond the capacity of conventional butterfly valves. For this reason, EDVC has developed the metal-seated Triple Offset butterfly valve as a solution for the toughest industrial applications.

Triple Offset Frictionless Design:
1st offset: The stem shaft is offset from the sealing surface plane, allowing for a continuous engagement of the seating surface.
2nd offset: The stem shaft’s rotation axis is offset from the center of the bore, removing contact between the seat and the seal ring through most of the disc’s travel.
3rd offset: The conical seating surface is offset asymmetrically to eliminate friction during opening and closing.
1.Low Opening & Closing Torque
Neway TC Series butterfly valves combine the three offsets of the seating surface with the flexibility of graphite lamination to achieve a tight and uniform seal with a low required torque.
2. Zero Leakage
Laminated seal rings are designed to self align and allow valves to meet zero leakage per API 598.
3.Fire Safe Design
Standard TC Series butterfly valves are not soft seated and can meet API 607 fire test requirements.
